It can charge nearly all current battery types in the market, including new generation
LiPo battery with end voltage 4.35V.
What's more, users could set the terminal voltage by themselves and connect it to
PC for PC control and firmware upgrade.

Features:
PC Communication: USB port for PC control and firmware upgrade
Terminal Voltage Control: the charger allows user to change the end voltage
(for expert user only). Also, the user can check battery voltage and battery internal
resistance.
Multi-protection: over temperature protection, over capacity protection and
short circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, processing time limit.
Built-in Software: with individual-cell-voltage balancer，built-in AC adaptor，
universal voltage AC 100-240V input, it isn't necessary to connect an external
balancer for balance charging and can be used all over the world without additional
adaptor.
Charging Mode: including fast and storage mode for Lithium batteries, re-peak
mode for NiMH/NiCd battery, delta-peak sensitivity for NiMH/NiCd,
