Avionic X5 Gyro has an aluminum composite design casing. 
Its small di­men­sion allows it to be installed in practically any model helicopter from a 250 size to a 700 size heli. Avionic X5 can be installed horizontally as well as in a vertical position.
The sensory system is based on the latest MEMS technology. Updated Software with its sophisticated sensory data processing unit makes this 3 axis gyro perfect for electric & nitro model helicopters at a value that was never possible earlier.
With an optional adapter cable the Avionic X5 can also be utilized as a conventional tail gyro.  This is recommended especially for a hobbyist who is switching from the conventional fly bar system and wants to slowly approach the RIGID operation with the 3 axle solution (3G-Gyro Mode).
The Avionic X5 can be programmed on the field with ease without the need of an expensive programming unit or a laptop/computer. making its the best gyro available in the market for setups in the airfield.
Avionic X5 integrated swashplate mixer enables the use of simple remote control systems which do not have their own swashplate mixing (NO-MIX).

Avionic X5 is able to process many types of Tx signals (PPM / S-BUS / Spektrum). 
With the optional Spektrum Satellite Adapter, installation in indoor model helicopters is also possible without a great number of wires
