1- swivel ball link (Black plastic, self-threading for 2mm rod, 1" in overall length) with a burnished brass ball pre-installed with a 2mm hole in it
1- 2x12mm socket cap screw
1- brass spacer
1- 2mm steel nut

Requires: 

2mm threaded pushrod
1.5mm allen wrench for tightening screw
