72% Ben Tre (Vietnam) Dark Chocolate

This bar is from one of the rare "Marou Origins", out of Ben Tre in Vietnam. There are lots of subtleties in this bars flavor profile and it has a bit of acid at the end. Everyone's favorite fudgey and cake aromas start of the taste.  The middle peroid of time tasting this bar is a free for all. You will detect lavander and nutmeg if you are serious in your tasting.  Otherwise, munch on the bar for a perfectly balanced transportation via flavor.  Its exotic and luxurious.  Its very dark and not bitter at all.  This bar is great for a beginner and an expert chocolate taster!
